一碗拉面连中外 非洲记者探访青海“面”文化

9月9日,由中国国际新闻交流中心组织的23国非洲记者团一行顺利抵达青海西宁。随后,记者团前往海东市平安区体验青海拉面文化的独特魅力,了解“世界第一碗面”的悠久历史渊源。据考证,青海喇家遗址出土的距今约4000年的面条遗存,被公认为“世界第一碗面”,而青海拉面正是在这一古老饮食基因的基础上发展演变而来。

A delegation of journalists from 23 African countries, organized by the China International Press Exchange Center, arrived in Xining, Qinghai on September 9th, Afterwards, the delegation traveled to Ping'an District, Haidong City to experience the charm of Qinghai lamian (hand-pulled noodle) culture and learn about the historical origin of the "world's first bowl of noodles". 

According to research, the noodle relics dating back approximately 4,000 years, unearthed at the Lajia Ruins in Qinghai, are widely recognized as the "world's first bowl of noodles"—and Qinghai lamian has evolved from this ancient culinary heritage.

记者团通过图文展示了解了从喇家遗址古面到现代青海拉面的传承脉络,直观感受“一碗面”跨越千年的文化延续。随后,他们现场观摩了拉面师傅精湛的技艺展示,将普通面团变成粗细均匀、韧劲十足的拉面,既展现了当代匠人的娴熟手法,也展示了青海拉面的智慧传承。

不少记者还主动上前尝试,在师傅的指导下体验抻面的基本步骤,亲身感受“世界第一碗面”传承至今的制作温度,更深刻理解青海拉面背后蕴含的历史厚重感与匠心精神。

Through graphic and textual displays, the African  journalists gained an understanding of the inheritance thread connecting the ancient noodles from the Lajia Ruins to modern Qinghai lamian, and intuitively felt the cultural continuity of "a bowl of noodles" spanning thousands of years. Later, they watched an demonstration of the exquisite skills of lamian chefs, who transformed ordinary dough into lamian with uniform thickness and rich chewiness. This not only showcased the proficient techniques of contemporary craftsmen but also demonstrated the inheritance of wisdom embedded in Qinghai lamian. 

Many journalists also took the initiative to step forward and try, they experienced the basic steps of pulling noodles, personally feeling the "warmth in the making process" that has been passed down from the "world's first bowl of noodles", and gaining  a deeper appreciation for the strong sense of history and the spirit of craftsmanship inherent in Qinghai lamian.
